Pros

Awesome cultural awareness and a lenient work environment, which subsequently increased production productivity.

Pay was top-notch, and I was moved cross-country, all expenses paid, totaling $30,000 for the company.

The company provided vendor-specific and industry-specific training, adding to my knowledge base and certification to my portfolio.

Proper ITIL Change Management for all internal and external issues.

Cons

High stress work environment due to long work hours and project deadlines.

Company hired less qualified people who were dedicated to the company and made the impossible happen. These individuals were later replaced with more qualified people after their first year of productive service. Several people lost their jobs who were good at what they did, but they found a more qualified person, and the less qualified were let go with rehireable status.

Division between Sr. Executives and Middle Management. This causes the Managers to work their employees hard to impress their superiors, but this is also the case most anywhere.

Advice to Management

More team interaction and career development for those who have proven their work ethic and value.

More visibility into how Middle Management is managing the lower employee support staff.
