Good benefits and compensation, nice building.
Too much focus on pleasing the executives and not the customer. Everyone walks on eggshells. No work-life balance, constant pushing for more and more work. This place is a revolving door; do not work here if you are looking for longevity or to be valued. Everyone is temporary. No company holiday party, it was canceled a couple years ago and now they do some weird hot cocoa event in the lobby during work hours that everyone is too busy to go to anyhow.
