Pros

Good benefits and compensation, nice building.

Cons

Too much focus on pleasing the executives and not the customer. Everyone walks on eggshells. No work-life balance, constant pushing for more and more work. This place is a revolving door; do not work here if you are looking for longevity or to be valued. Everyone is temporary. The company will be good because customers like the service and the product, but employees suffer. Managers are too busy trying to keep their jobs and running around in circles to actually help anyone. Also, IT and Travel are getting cheap. Hotel room sharing? Really? No company holiday party, it was canceled a couple years ago and now they do some weird hot cocoa event in the lobby during work hours that everyone is too busy to go to anyhow.

Advice to Management

How about some employee stability? Does the VP of Support and Development even know who the employees are? We never see him.

It seems like HR doesn't exist. People are fired right and left. Reviews determine your bonus, and there's not much structure around that. It's all very subjective.

Employee morale needs work, and it starts at the top.
