Great company with a good reputation. Talented engineers put in extra time to produce results.
The Employee Experience has talented engineers, but they are leaving the team because the new intermediate leadership team does not understand the culture of ServiceNow.
If the new director does not like somebody, he leaves them hanging in limbo for months, and some employees left the team on their own and joined other teams within ServiceNow.
The contract employees are not treated well. Some contractors found their last day was Friday when they showed up for work on Monday and discovered that their badge did not work.
The senior leadership seems to be completely oblivious to the lack of professionalism.
Some engineers are staying only because they do not want to leave because of stock options, even if the environment is toxic.
ServiceNow has now added many layers across many teams, and this has created complete dysfunction and a toxic environment across many teams, as in the case of the Employee Experience Team. The senior team members who joined recently do not share the values of ServiceNow. The management should contact old and current employees to find out what happened. The management could conduct a survey with the current employees within the Employee Experience team to make amends. Contract employees need to be treated professionally.
The interview process was very well thought out. The interviewers made a good impression as professionals, and they always got back to me very quickly and efficiently. The process was made very clear at each stage of the interview.
