It's said that the work will be extensive on JavaScript and involve a lot of code logic to write. But in reality, you will be using the ServiceNow platform like a tool. To develop applications, you just drag and drop items to create an application. The coding part is hardly 20-30%. Not ideal for really techie guys/girls who are looking for good quality work which involves programming.
