  1. Excellent office space, full of perks and top-notch facilities.

Examples include massage chairs, a cricket net, lots of games, and relaxing places.

  1. Excellent work culture. No pressure to stay in the office for X hours or so. Very collaborative employees.

  2. The company is growing around 40% YoY, which directly reflects on the RSUs you get.

Cons
  1. Zero growth opportunity.

They hire people from diverse technology backgrounds, e.g., Java, C#, Python development. While hiring, the work is not clearly mentioned. It's said that the work will be extensive on JavaScript and involve a lot of code logic to write. But in reality, you will be using the ServiceNow platform like a tool. To develop applications, you just drag and drop items to create an application. The coding part is hardly 20-30%. Not ideal for really techie guys/girls who are looking for good quality work which involves programming.

  1. The management is becoming more process-oriented. This is not expected from a good product company. The focus is shifting from the quality of work to the quantity of work, per se.
Advice to Management
  1. Please do not hire people by showing false promises.

Make the job description very clear.

  1. Please focus on the product quality rather than deep diving into the process too much.
