High stressful environment. Recently, a valuable employee who was part of the engineering team died due to a heart attack. ServiceNow admin/management did not allow anyone to reach out to the family, but colleagues who were working closely with him did reach out and found that he died due to high stress at the workplace. The next day, I called my recruiter and initiated a conversation. I need to find a new place. Bad workplace and bad ethics.

Advice to Management

What is your goal? Beating Salesforce? There are better ways of making it happen.
