Leadership has no visibility into your work. Managers have no tracking or technical visibility.
Hard-working people are not recognized. People with a good network have growth. You will get lost if you don't have a network.
Promotions are completely biased and not based on your performance.
Applicable for both development and QA.
No salary growth. Stocks are saving heavy attrition.
No learning opportunities. Only politics and show-offs.
If you are thinking IDC as a major development center, clean it. Give opportunities to people. Stop the networking and group politics.
Hire hardworking people, not show-off managers.
