I was told by many that ServiceNow has the best culture, and I cannot disagree. Everyone seems to be working in harmony here. It's unbelievable.
I never felt that I did not belong here. The company uses a wide variety of tools, which makes life easy for employees, with unlimited learning options and helpful folks all around.
The company is more focused on doing things the right way and believes in its ethics. Bill is the best CEO I have ever seen. Company growth is steady as well.
Since I am in DevOps, I feel the company is stuck with Ansible-based automation, which feels like we are lagging behind by a decade with respect to automation. It might be a choice that was made long ago. I come from a Cloud and Kubernetes background and feel that the Enterprise Cloud that they use internally has yet to offer a lot of features. The interview process consists of four rounds: three technical and one managerial. Two technical rounds are conducted by the same team, and one is by a cross-functional team. The interview process could be improved.
