Pros

The stock price is not bad.

Cons

Terrible management, constant re-orgs, layoffs with no business reason, distributed teams with little remote communication (which gives you reasons to travel all the time), and old technologies in the product.

Funny thing is, the cloud-based IT solution provider has no quality internal IT systems in the cloud.

Advice to Management

Start hiring quality professionals.

There is a toxic culture forming now.
