The process was unclear, and the recruiter was not very organized. There was a lack of communication and even conflicting meetings. I would think it's something specific to this recruiter/instance.
I haven't selected yet, but I understood that minimum basics of CS are needed. They asked some DSA questions and also SQL and DBMS questions. It was online and consisted of 3 rounds.
Run away from this place. They put you through a very high number of interviews. In essence, they are looking for free consulting, and/or they will use you as a benchmark candidate. Not cool.
