Good compensation. Stock is doing great. Opportunity to work on challenging problems. It is very easy to get visibility, though the company is expanding.

Bad work-life balance. No 401K match, and the company doesn't care to improve it. Upper management is rude at times. Luckily, my manager was very polite and did not expose me to them a lot. Lots and lots and lots of internal politics.

All teams work for the same company. So, avoid duplicate work and internal politics. Don't make employees feel like school kids. Don't try to discipline them. Most adults are smart enough to do the work you assign.
