Pros

The only good things are RSU and facilities. Share prices have increased drastically over the last couple of years.

Cons
  1. The India development center is a support center for the USA.

  2. Technically incompetent managers from the USA are running this company. Do not join the Virtual Agent team in India. People running the team have zero technical knowledge.

  3. Bootlicking is the only way to get a promotion.

  4. The architecture is very old and no one uses it outside the company.

  5. There is no clarity about career development plans and levels. You can find a lateral hire with 4 years of experience having a higher level than an existing employee with 8 years of experience.

  6. If you work there for more than 2 years, you become unemployable.

Advice to Management

Do not think of India as a support center for the USA, and bring clarity to levels and promotions.
