Pros

Good work culture and casual work environment.

Unlimited vacation days off.

The company is doing very well. The ServiceNow platform is powerful, and you develop a good skill set in how you can use the platform to make things better.

Cons

Getting a promotion is a big struggle. It seems a big deal for someone getting a promotion, even if that person has worked and done pretty well for the team.

It may not be easy to work for some of the teams, and it may take some time to adapt to the team work environment.

Make sure people know about the team and the work they do if they are planning to interview for that particular team. Work widely varies from team to team.

People may start with good compensation, but years pass by, and you may feel underpaid and undervalued.
