  • Good compensation.
  • Company puts reasonable efforts to celebrate wins and treat employees well.
Cons
  • Toxic work environment in the engineering department in Amsterdam, meaning poor professionalism and indecent, inappropriate behavior is tolerated and promoted. Major cronyism problem.
  • Multiple employees have experienced discriminatory remarks, conduct, and management practices from individuals in management in design and engineering.
  • Management here is inept, behaving more like a figurehead expecting employees to succeed on their own while offering minimal support. It's a highly political environment where people who help hide incompetence (by taking on their job) succeed.
  • Chickens with their heads cut off. Performative work.
  • Horrible technology choices guaranteeing the demise of your career if you spend more than a few years here.
