ServiceNow employs the best people, and looks after them. The product is great, and the company beats its targets literally every quarter. I've been in the industry over 25 years, and I can safely say that ServiceNow is the best employer I've ever had.
It's a big corporation, and things can move very slowly. The hiring process itself is excruciating, but with good reason. They need to be sure that the people they hire are not just technically good, but also don't have personality issues. It's a California-based business, and they can be infuriatingly woke. If you just ignore the DEI racism and focus on your job, it's fundamentally a good company.
