Recruiter reached out and said we needed to start with technical interviews. They scheduled a code interview three weeks out.
Code interview passed, and they moved me on to architecture two weeks later.
The architecture review was fine; the interviewer seemed happy with my answers.
Four days later, the company reached out, saying I had failed the coding interview.
I have seen multiple reviewers suggesting a very similar experience. It felt like a sham from the start, but it was good experience for interviewing in general.
