There were two initial phone screens. I was then asked to come on-site for an interview. They asked me to write SQL code on paper. Everyone seemed really nice.

They said that they would have me come in for a second on-site interview, but I never heard back and just got a rejection email three weeks later. It seems like they wanted someone with a high experience level but low pay.
