The recruiter was unprofessional. I wish I could say his name here. I wasted my time for two months.

I did four interviews other than the phone screen with the recruiter. Despite my negative experience with the recruiter, who never gets back to me, I have to keep asking him. He responds after days and missed meetings with me several times. He always calls 10-15 minutes late, if he does.

The interview was good until I reached the final round, which was supposed to be 2.5 hours onsite. Because of COVID-19, it turned into virtual, which I was okay with. However, they changed the interview to 1.5 hours. Instead of behavioral, it was coding (multi-threading), which I have limited experience with in .NET. But that was not the problem.

The interviewer was rude, and he didn't introduce himself. He was in a hurry and left me after one hour to finish the code by myself, after spending 45 minutes on stupid technical and design patterns questions and names without explaining the code question correctly.

Then, no response for two weeks. I followed up with the recruiter and got a response two days later and scheduled a phone call. He called me late by 15 minutes and offered me a senior software engineer position, saying the lead position was on hold for now. But guess what? It was a lie. Two weeks after, I saw them posting a lead position on LinkedIn, and even another recruiter from ServiceTitan reached out to me for the lead position.
