The recruiter reached out to me based on my experience. I've had five different interviews with the CTO, director, and Principal Engineers, and now I think I've been ghosted. The problem is that the recruiter will take weeks to get back to you.

The recruiting team has been one of the worst I've dealt with. They go weeks without hearing back from them and have zero communication. This is a place that wants to grow, but really needs to rethink its hiring process and hiring team if it wants to grow in the right way.
