Cons: - Narrow technical focus and fewer opportunities for growth can result from being at a big company. These may not seem like a big deal, but they will affect your career trajectory in the mid or long term.
- Remote work in large teams can make interactions impersonal.

Pros: Great people, and a sense of community and support despite being remote.
The company has grown exponentially in the past few years, and there are a lot of opportunities to work in your area of choice.
A competitive benefits package, flexible vacation time, and a healthy work/life balance is encouraged.
Cons: The transition to remote work has created challenges and may not be for everyone.
Career advancement still favors those without responsibilities outside of work.
Tenure does not often translate into a higher base salary.

Pros: A great place to master your craft, with wonderful people who care deeply and a strong sense of purpose in the work.
It is easy to get work done and ship it.
Cons: Low salary, limited career opportunities depending on your position and location, and not enough autonomy.
