Interviewing with Shopify was a refreshing experience. The recruiters were down to earth, and they focused on the most important question first: Are you a good fit for their culture?
I spent an hour with a recruiter talking about my "life story." During this time, I was asked about how I became interested in technology and my career so far.
The second interview was an in-depth technical discussion with a developer about projects I've worked on. I also got the chance to learn about their technology stack.
