The first day included a "life story" segment, problem-solving, and a technical "life story" portion. On the second day, I engaged in pair programming and a technical deep dive.

The pair programming was the only part I felt wasn't as strong as it could have been. This was primarily because the requirement felt too large for the allotted time, which made it difficult to determine where to start and what to complete.

Everything else seemed to go very positively. However, I received a call stating they selected other candidates. I am unsure which lead role I was being considered for, as the recruitment process wasn't a direct application, and I believed I could fit multiple open lead positions. Feedback would have been beneficial.
