First, you get a talk with HR; standard procedure.
Then there was a one-hour technical interview, which consisted of technical questions and a coding exercise. It was a little bit strange. The interviewer stated right away that he wasn't a mobile developer at all, didn't know any mobile-related frameworks or languages, and was a web developer who only knew Ruby. He then said that regarding the exercise, it didn't matter how you did it or your coding style; what mattered was completing it on time and ensuring the results matched their test cases.
I completed everything on time, and my results matched every test case he had. In a few days, I received a rejection letter; standard procedure, with no explanation.
I asked for additional feedback, but received no answer, of course.
It was a waste of time and energy.
