I met with a few Shopify people in Calgary a while ago and had some interesting chats.

I wasn't actively looking for another job then, but when I did, I contacted them, and they were still interested in talking.

I liked their process:

• First, I had a "Life Story" interview.
• Then, a more technical interview.

Both were conducted on Skype.

Next, I was invited to the Ottawa office for a few technical challenges and technical interviews.

Two days later, they made me an offer.
