The interview process is really messed up to the core. They want to sell you culture, but the dishonesty and lack of transparency are astonishing. Their US employees will sabotage Canadian candidates. I have heard multiple reports of it. They will tell you that you are no good, while in fact, they have frozen hiring and are rescinding offers in the background. You would think they would hide this by telling you that they are not moving forward, but look up posts on Blind on how they have rescinded offers from a lot of people who chose them over other companies and gave their time to go over stupid interviews.
