I had three interviews with them, and all of them asked the same question: 'Tell us your life story.' While I understand that a "life story" can be a good way to gauge experience, asking the same question three times made no sense to me. After the last interview, they made me wait 15 days before sending any communication. I had to exchange several emails with HR over a span of 7 days just to set up a call.

On several occasions, I was left waiting on Skype, unsure if a call was actually happening. All this only to be told that they had decided to move forward with other candidates – a decision that could have been easily communicated via email.
