- 1 with HR
- 2 with devs
Relaxed and bidirectional. Good to show passion and personal projects, I think. It worked for me, at least. The process is very fast and efficient; they hire early and have deadlines. Interviews are done on Skype with webcam.

Pros: Chance to work with the best and the brightest.
Corners are not cut: everyone's work is kept to a high technical standard.
Compensation and benefits are incredible.
Destination 90 perk allows you to work remotely while traveling the world!
Cons: Work is tough, and expectations are high.
Sometimes Shopify's scale creates too much red tape, and that can lead to frustrations.
