Process
I received a referral from the friend of an employee. The process took three weeks because the recruiter was booked solid. The interview was conducted on Skype and was mostly conversational banter. What I disliked was that the interviewer made me feel I had performed very well, but I didn't get a clear sense of how well I truly performed. Additionally, they stated they would get back to me, but they never did.
