Cons: - Micromanagement of teams, sometimes directly from the CEO.
- Too frequent changes in the team and project vision.
- Constant high amount of uncertainty.

Pros: My lead wants to help me grow as a person, and I feel heard.
Work is challenging, but you take it at your own pace.
I'm given plenty of opportunities to take time to learn and interact with other teams at the company.
Cons: Permanent WFH. I would like to have an office, but it's not too bad.
