I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by one of their recruiters.
Two business days later, I had a Google Meet scheduled with another recruiter for the "Life Story" interview.
The recruiter was nice enough, though a bit poker-faced, making it hard to tell how well it had gone.
As I found out a few days later, it did not go well enough, as I was not asked to continue on in the interview process.
