The interview process consisted primarily of three rounds. To qualify for the interview process, we had to submit a PR in one of their public repos solving a programming problem. Candidates were then selected for the actual interview based on that submission.

• The first round was an online assessment (OA). It had two parts. The first part involved two easy CoderPad questions. The second part was a logical reasoning round with 40 questions to be completed in 30 minutes.
• Next was a pair programming session with an engineer. This involved a LeetCode Medium-level question, but the focus was more on how we designed the solution and communicated our thought process. Candidates could use AI tools but had to clearly explain their reasoning and any edge cases.
• The last round was a "life-story round," which was essentially a behavioral interview. This was a non-technical discussion about your journey and motivation, assessing if you were a culture fit for the role.

Overall, it was a decent interview experience.
