Last year, I applied and there was a mistake on the OA that made the problem incredibly confusing. I messaged the support team and was ghosted.

This year, I made it to the pair programming interviews, which involved a simple OOP problem. The question was incredibly broad, and I asked for specifications like run-time and use-case distribution, to which there was no answer. The interviewer mentioned they hadn't conducted an interview in a very long time. At the end, a technical issue prevented my changes from being pushed. Both myself and the interviewer thought it went through, and we didn't notice until immediately after the interview ended. I messaged both the interviewer and Shopify accommodations support immediately afterward in an attempt to resolve the issue and was once again ghosted by both.
