Software Engineer Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
I was contacted by a recruiter via email, who then set me up for both a technical screen and an aptitude test.
The aptitude test was similar to IQ tests.
The technical screen was a pretty basic "you drive while we pair program a problem." The technical problem had very little practical application to web development jobs, so I'm not sure why they have people do it.
