Process
HR call. And that's it. No coding round, no tech round. I do not understand on what basis the HR screening is done.
I have narrated the exact same story to many companies like Booking, Amazon, Agoda, and Grab. I have also had onsites and offers from multiple companies.
Totally weird process.

Best place in town
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Pros: Huge opportunities for growth. I have complete agency in what I work on and what skills I focus on developing. Day-to-day is enjoyable and educational.
Cons: Most people are truly fantastic, but there is the occasional (rare) stereotypical over-entitled, overpaid engineer who doesn't know how to keep their petty complaints to themselves. The work environment itself is great, though.
