The first interview presented an easy programming problem. The second was a conversation about my professional software engineering experience. After this interview, I did not hear anything and had to reach out to learn I was rejected.
In the second interview, I tried to address each of the values they were looking for, but unfortunately, it was not enough. I'm not exactly sure what they are looking for, but I gleaned that they seek someone who specializes in a development area (front-end/back-end), which I have not done. I should have gathered this because the interviewer repeatedly asked me what area of the app I was working on (front-end/back-end).
