I had a 15-minute conversation with a recruiter over the phone about the position and was then scheduled for an in-person interview via Skype with another recruiter.
The recruiter was easy-going, and their response time for each step was less than a week. The interview felt like a casual conversation.
I received helpful feedback from the recruiter after being told they were moving forward with other candidates.
Overall, the interview experience was good, except it's hard to feel prepared when faced with a "life story" interview.
