Cons: The CEO and SLT have no real direction on what they want the product to be. They get caught up in tech fads and pander to that for a while. First it was crypto, then AI. There is no adhesion or grand vision, and it seems to be just an example of billionaires' folly.

Pros: Perks and comp are great for Canadians. Engineering culture is very engineer-driven, not a lot of top-down management. They provide you with direction and expect you to get the job done.

Cons: Don't believe a single word HR tells you during the interview process. They intentionally mis-level incoming talent, promise them fast tracks, and will tell you that they frequently level people up in the first six months if it's obvious that you were mis-levelled. When you work hard to show off your skills and get support for promotions from all your managers, however, HR will deny it with random, made-up rules. So, word to the wise: if you're coming in, stand your ground on your level, because you're not getting some magic upgrade when you get into the company.

Pros: Really great culture, working hours, and benefits.

Cons: Growing rapidly with some communication issues.
