The company is really focused on keeping people happy and giving them everything they need to succeed.
Emphasis on mentorship.
Phenomenal onboarding experience - super easy to follow both guided sessions and self-directed work.
- Some archaic rules when it comes to travel and taxes, but they're working on it.
- Lots of synchronous work, so it's not really full remote, just kind of work from your own home but definitely still be online generally 9-5.
