Honestly, the best company that I have ever worked for. Could not recommend enough!
I mean, the food sometimes makes you fat.
But in all seriousness, there is an assumption that you will be excellent, and that can be stressful.
Provide more training to individual contributors instead of just to leads. Sometimes, this makes people (specifically interns) feel less valuable to the company.
