Great benefits, you can make a lot of good friends, and working remotely is nice. They supply you with all the equipment you need, etc. Good raises.
There is the whole "drink the Kool-Aid" vibe...
Certain roles are extremely tedious and don't pay nearly enough. Other jobs are very overcompensated, which leads to frustrations.
Growing pains - growing too fast with very little direction in some departments.
