• People who made the company what it is seem to all be leaving.
• Heavy "Kool-aid" culture (everything is awesome).
• What used to be a highly merit-based promotion system seems to be moving to hired leadership.
• Terrible work-life balance.
• RRSP/Dental/Medical benefits are a little bit wanting.

I think you have a problem where people are scared to give you feedback, because you punish them for it. You ask for people to "act like owners", but they lack sufficient power that an owner would have. There is absolutely no method to give feedback for poor leads. For a place that claims to hate politics, you have some serious politics.
