Alright, remote culture
If you like working remotely, the company has gone fully remote. The pay is nice. People are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Too much cult of personality towards founders, whose opinion is taken as the ultimate truth.
For being fully remote, being allowed to only do 3 months a year abroad is a bit short.
