You say you want to hire entrepreneurs – let them deliver value instead of forcing them into conformity.

Stop making big technology changes for political reasons. Constantly migrating on and off technologies is a waste of time.

Promote or hire managers that can inspire instead of bureaucrats.

At least pretend Tobi is focused on the business instead of building AI toys, especially those AI employee agents. It comes off super out of touch.
