- Very top-down. Power concentrates at the top. Everything you do needs approval from the top.
- Communication is bad because leadership is stuck in limbo between being transparent and being secretive.
- Low compensation.
- Decisions take a very long time due to constant change in the organizational structure.
- Things move slowly. It looks fast, but progress is actually slow. I don't actually know why; maybe because of bureaucracy, lack of resources, or lack of focus.
