Lots of things to learn, amazing coworkers, chill culture, very flexible working environment (remote), and good work-life balance.
I didn't like working with Ruby on Rails. Compensation could be a bit better. Morale is going through a bit of a tumultuous time right now with the wider macroeconomic trends and recent layoffs.
