Compensation is awesome and flexible. These are its only pros right now.
Awful leadership. Not a good culture, even like a year ago. They treat their "people" like only "resource", not more than that. It is awful, and you are no more than an "engine" for them. Extremely stressful environment with tremendous workload. Not a good place to learn a lot. After some years, you find yourself way behind new technologies unless you work in some specific teams.
Change your viewpoint. Behave people as people, not resources for your goal. I am pretty sure in the company, no one is merchant obsessed anymore.
