Double standards: the company always talks about how it values its employees, but at the same time, it easily fires them during staff cuts or if they had to return to Ukraine (that's how I got fired, simply because the company did not want to take risks, despite the fact that I devoted four years of my life to this company).

Career growth: it is very difficult to move up the career ladder. There is a lot of competition and a constant internal struggle for promotions. If initially you did not agree on good wage conditions, then it will be very difficult to change anything and get an increase.
