A decent place to start off your career.
Not much politics in engineering, with a high focus on impact and work output. People are generally friendly and willing to help, and I've had great mentorship as a junior.
I have a good manager, and it goes a long way, but some are not as lucky.
A lot of reorgs, people moving in and out of teams. The company as a whole lacks diversity.
