I received a call through Naukri.com and was interviewed in e-city, Salarpuria Info Zone.
I went through four rounds of interviews: three technical and one managerial.
The first three technical rounds occurred on the same day, and the managerial round took place about two to three days afterward.
The process was poorly managed by the HR team. It took almost four hours to start the interview process, with no updates provided in between.
I believe salary became a constraint, but they never had the courage to state that directly. Additionally, I was told the HR round would be a telephonic follow-up, which never happened.
I was expecting a more professional approach, given that it was Siemens.
