Cons: Small pay, corporate, office almost outside of Prague.

Pros: I was working remote, which was less of a burden.

Cons: A team lead was rude and would speak loudly.

Pros: It has become evident that there are significant gaps between what is communicated and what is practiced, especially when it comes to work-life balance and recognition. Although the company promotes flexibility and a healthy work culture, the reality is quite the opposite in several projects. Employees are often told to “take your time and work comfortably,” but when deliverables are delayed — frequently due to unclear processes or system inefficiencies — the blame still falls on the individual. This creates unnecessary pressure and undermines the very concept of balance the company claims to support. Recognition is another area that lacks fairness and transparency. Efforts and outcomes are often overlooked, while certain individuals receive disproportionate support members, without acknowledging the differences. While the culture might appear decent on the surface, favoritism and inconsistency in management practices overshadow it. A truly positive culture comes from fairness, accountability, and equal recognition — not selective appreciation or bias.

Cons: Transparent Recognition System is not as expected.
