Big Data Software Engineer Interview Experience - Princeton, New Jersey

Process

I had an initial HireVue round where I answered five simple Java questions. Then, I had a one-hour phone interview with a panel. Subsequently, I was invited to fly onsite for an interview loop. It was one of the poorly managed processes regarding time, and they were pathetic in keeping appointments.

I had to complete a project that was scheduled for one hour, but I was only given 30 minutes. The Project Manager was busy, and I had to wait for an hour while they figured out what to do.

Poor time management from a company like Siemens was a shock.
